I bought a used car from Nick Ristich back on 8/11. I really liked the car besides some chips in paint that was noticed after the test drive. Nick said that the chips can easily get painted over on site we just need to schedule a follow-up appointment to get it done. Perfect, bought the car and took it home. It took 6 weeks and several reschedules to get the touch-ups done, which was a hassle, but the chips are no longer noticeable. They gave me a rental so that I could leave the car at the dealership which gave the painters plenty of time to look over the whole car. Nick Shaqra assisted a lot with expediting the process and ensuring high quality of work was done. He explained in full detail every question I had and he even threw in a color matched paint pen so that I can take care of any minor chips in the future that occur. Appreciate the attention to detail especially on a new customers car.

I wish I had brought my car here before I spent $400 for a non existent problem. The rep at the front desk, at Ford, was very courteous. he listened to my description of the problem and the next day called with the fix which involved 3 parts. One part was covered under an extended warranty but the others were not. The rep took time to explain which part could affect the drive ability of the car and there was no pressure to fix both. I will be coming to Hawk Ford for all my service requirements. THANKS SO MUCH!

Brought my car in because it was leaking water in the back window. Hawk ford denies there’s a leak. When I picked up my car I noticed the tint or rear window was peeled and destroyed. When I attempted to contact them about it, they won’t return my calls! On top of that, had car oil change done there, and they removed the under- guard from the motor but never put it back on!!! Completely unprofessional!! Incompetent!! And untrustworthy!! I’ve bought 2 cars there in the past but will never set foot there again!!!

My salesman was Tony garcia. He was not very good. He was not interactive or friendly. He left me sitting at his desk for 30 minutes alone while he was purportedly arranging for the sale of the vehicle I was there to purchase. he did not update me or checking on me to tell me what was going on. I buy cars for a business and conduct all the legwork while my boss negotiates purchase price. My boss informed Tony Garcia that we typically sign paperwork with the stamp of the owner of the business. Tony Garcia did not communicate this to the finance team, who were caught off guard by this method. Ultimately, we were able to come to an agreement and proceed. I've purchased about 50 vehicles for the company I represent, ABC humane wildlife. My experience at hawk Ford ranks among the least pleasant.

I went into Hawk on Friday during the day to have the finance/sales team run numbers on what my options were for end of lease on my 2018 F-150 and was looking at a new Ford F-150. It was a matte gray one I saw on your website listed for $55K.  I made the mistake of thinking I'd be able to have a productive conversation without my husband there, but it's clear that I was simply wasting my time with the team who I was working with.  While Stan, the sales person was nice enough, the overall experience aside from him as a human being was atrocious.  The place was EMPTY. One other customer looking (and not seriously by the look of it) at a car. I asked your team to run numbers for me to see how close you could get to a $500 (ish) a month payment on the truck I was interested in. And that if we could get the numbers right I'd go get the Truck where my husband was out of town to do the deal. I just needed to determine how much $$ needed to be put down, where my comfort level was on payment amounts, if we wanted to buy out the existing truck or figure out an alternate plan.  The response I received was pure chauvinism, laziness and condescendence. It said, loud and clear, "don't waste my time" - in a time when the dealership was empty. When I know there is low inventory for trucks like the one I was turning in from the lease. AND the Finance guy wouldn't ACTUALLY answer the questions nor run the scenarios I requested. Instead, the back and forth "Finance Game" that was played was insulting at best. And, after purchasing a 2021 Rubicon at Bettenhausen earlier in the week, I can honestly say your sales/finance team could learn a thing or two about taking care of customers and not perpetuating the sterotypes of bad car sales experiences from Bettenhausen. When I asked further questions about the (ridiculous) response I received I was informed that Hawk was marking up vehicles over the sticker price listed on the website. Which is a super shady practice and I should not have had to ask to get that kind of clarity, it should have been clearly stated proactively on the website AND in person. While we purchased out 2018 at Hawk, my husband and I will not return to your dealership. And we will tell all of our friends/family to avoid as well.  In the end, we ended up returning our lease to Bilk Kay Ford and purchasing - not leasing - a 2021 Ford F-150. I went into Hawk on Friday during the day to have the finance/sales team run numbers on what my options were for end of lease on my 2018 F-150 and was looking at a new Ford F-150. It was a matte gray one I saw on your website listed for $55K.  I made the mistake of thinking I'd be able to have a productive conversation without my husband there, but it's clear that I was simply wasting my time with the team who I was working with.  While Stan, the sales person was nice enough, the overall experience aside from him as a human being was atrocious.  The place was EMPTY. One other customer looking (and not seriously by the look of it) at a car. I asked your team to run numbers for me to see how close you could get to a $500 (ish) a month payment on the truck I was interested in. And that if we could get the numbers right I'd go get the Truck where my husband was out of town to do the deal. I just needed to determine how much $$ needed to be put down, where my comfort level was on payment amounts, if we wanted to buy out the existing truck or figure out an alternate plan.  The response I received was pure chauvinism, laziness and condescendence. It said, loud and clear, "don't waste my time" - in a time when the dealership was empty. When I know there is low inventory for trucks like the one I was turning in from the lease. AND the Finance guy wouldn't ACTUALLY answer the questions nor run the scenarios I requested. Instead, the back and forth "Finance Game" that was played was insulting at best. And, after purchasing a 2021 Rubicon at Bettenhausen earlier in the week, I can honestly say your sales/finance team could learn a thing or two about taking care of customers and not perpetuating the sterotypes of bad car sales experiences from Bettenhausen. When I asked further questions about the (ridiculous) response I received I was informed that Hawk was marking up vehicles over the sticker price listed on the website. Which is a super shady practice and I should not have had to ask to get that kind of clarity, it should have been clearly stated proactively on the website AND in person. While we purchased out 2018 at Hawk, my husband and I will not return to your dealership. And we will tell all of our friends/family to avoid as well.  In the end, we ended up returning our lease to Bilk Kay Ford and purchasing - not leasing - a 2021 Ford F-150. Brought my car in because it was leaking water in the back window. Hawk ford denies there’s a leak. When I picked up my car I noticed the tint or rear window was peeled and destroyed. When I attempted to contact them about it, they won’t return my calls! On top of that, had car oil change done there, and they removed the under- guard from the motor but never put it back on!!! Completely unprofessional!! Incompetent!! And untrustworthy!! I’ve bought 2 cars there in the past but will never set foot there again!!!

Just left this dealer after wasting an hour and a half of...

Just left this dealer after wasting an hour and a half of my time. I went to look at a 2021 F150 with a online price of $53k. The "sales manager" Michael Schlamadinger came back with a price of $65k out the door, citing some bull about inventory. After I showed him another dealer with the same car on order had an out the door price of $51k, he did everything to debunk it and talked crap about the other dealers and wouldn't make any movement with the cost. I told him to stop giving BS numbers and went to leave and he proceeded to berate my wife and I all the way outside as we walked to our car. Did I mention he said some ignorant remarks about firefighters on my way out? (I'm a firefighter) That guy alone is a good enough reason to never do business here.

I asked your team to run numbers for me to see how close you could get to a $500 (ish) a month payment on the truck I was interested in. And that if we could get the numbers right I'd go get the Truck where my husband was out of town to do the deal. I just needed to determine how much $$ needed to be put down, where my comfort level was on payment amounts, if we wanted to buy out the existing truck or figure out an alternate plan.  The response I received was pure chauvinism, laziness and condescendence. It said, loud and clear, "don't waste my time" - in a time when the dealership was empty. When I know there is low inventory for trucks like the one I was turning in from the lease. AND the Finance guy wouldn't ACTUALLY answer the questions nor run the scenarios I requested. Instead, the back and forth "Finance Game" that was played was insulting at best. And, after purchasing a 2021 Rubicon at Bettenhausen earlier in the week, I can honestly say your sales/finance team could learn a thing or two about taking care of customers and not perpetuating the sterotypes of bad car sales experiences from Bettenhausen. When I asked further questions about the (ridiculous) response I received I was informed that Hawk was marking up vehicles over the sticker price listed on the website. Which is a super shady practice and I should not have had to ask to get that kind of clarity, it should have been clearly stated proactively on the website AND in person. While we purchased out 2018 at Hawk, my husband and I will not return to your dealership. And we will tell all of our friends/family to avoid as well.  In the end, we ended up returning our lease to Bilk Kay Ford and purchasing - not leasing - a 2021 Ford F-150. We paid MORE than what the exact same truck was at Hawk (listed, marked up or otherwise) and our payment is $900/month - not $500ish. Why? because they treated me - and my husband - with respect and showed an actual desire to LISTEN to what we were asking for. They took the TIME to run the numbers we were asking for. And they didn't play the finance game or pull any of the shadiness your team at Hawk did. Word of advice: Hire some female sales persons. Don't treat women who walk into your dealership as less than. LISTEN to what your customers are asking for. And for the love of God, especially if the dealership is EMPTY, definitely take the time to do more and be better.

I really liked our sales person. He was very personable....

I really liked our sales person. He was very personable. And professional. But the finance gentleman was crooked. He became very angry when we refused to get gap insurance. And he started slamming things in his office. It was very intimidating.
